Receptions on First Day of 110th Congress

Senator Warner stopped by, presumably to welcome Webb to the 110th Congress. This was quite nervy, given that Warner and Webb are both Marine combat veterans and had both served as Secretary of the Navy, yet Warner campaigned actively for chickenhawk assclown George Allen.

Warner should have phoned it in with an apology.
